The inspiration for this beautiful black jewel costume comes from the Aragon region in northern Spain.Joined together with Castile in 1497, it is now part of modern day Spain.
The Aragon black Renaissance dress has a square neck line framed with a pretty trim; the puff in slash sleeves reveals the whiteness of the puff sleeve.
Twill inner lining keeps the bodice stiff in keeping with the clothing of those days.
